01What we actually do
Most contractors sell a hole in the ground. We engineer the whole system, the structural shell, the hydraulics, the water chemistry and the finish, so the pool still looks like the day it was handed over ten monsoons later.
Engineered
Shotcrete shells, waterproofing membranes and hydraulics sized for Delhi's water table, hard water and summer bathing load.
Finished
Bisazza glass mosaic, natural stone coping and deck work detailed to millimetre tolerances at the waterline.
Maintained
Automation, salt chlorination and RO treatment, plus annual service contracts that keep the water honest.

Soil, water table, access, drainage and budget. We tell you what the plot can actually take before anyone draws a shape.
Stage 02
Design & hydraulics
Layout, levels, circulation and plant-room sizing, issued as drawings you can hand to your architect.
Stage 03
Civil & structure
Excavation, rebar, shotcrete shell and waterproofing — the part nobody sees and everybody pays for twice if it's wrong.
Stage 04
Systems & plant room
Pumps, filtration, heating, chlorination and automation from Pentair, Astral, Certikin and Oase.
Stage 05
Finish & deck
Mosaic or stone, coping, deck work, underwater lighting and poolside furniture.
Stage 06
Handover & service
Commissioning, staff training, and an annual maintenance contract if you want one.

09Before you call
A standard residential pool runs 10–14 weeks from excavation to handover, weather permitting. Infinity edges, integrated spas and heavy stonework add 3–5 weeks. Renovations on an existing shell are usually 4–6.
Cost is driven by shell size, finish and systems — not by the shape. We quote each of those as separate line items so you can see exactly where money is going and adjust one without redoing the whole design.
Yes. Excavation, structure, waterproofing, plant room, finishes and decking are all in-house. There is no gap between trades for problems to hide in.
Routinely. We issue coordination drawings for levels, drainage, structure and plant-room services so the pool is designed into the project rather than cut into it later.
Hard feed water scales tiles and shortens equipment life. Where it's needed we put an RO or softening stage ahead of the pool and size the treatment around the actual water report, not a default.
